leaders in the beef industry. They are individuals who
are willing to embrace change and try new partnerships.
Although new members are being sought, it is a selective
process. |

| Membership is broken into two classes –
A and B. The number of cattle supplied by the member,
to the program, determines the classification of membership.
Class A members, who supply more cattle, also can assume
leadership roles within the organization. |

| Ranchers Renaissance members
are committed to feeding cattle to specifications, tailoring
their genetics, making source verification a priority
and committing to raising cattle using appropriate animal
health practices. |
